A fellow Peachtree City-ian got in contact with us in regards to having the floor of their garage epoxied.
We asked them a few preliminary questions at first such as: how big is the garage, did they have a specific epoxy in mind, had their garage ever been epoxied before, and so on.
Once we got a better feel for what would be involved with the project, we then asked if they were thinking of having it does sooner versus later.
They then told us that they'd like it to be epoxied as soon as possible, a request to which we are almost always more than happy accommodate.
The most evident reason of why these customers came into contact with us regarding their garage door floor is quite simple: there was an enormous crack in it!
Cracks in garage door floors may not seem like a big deal at first, but the longer a person waits to address the issue, the bigger the crack will get.
While their garage floor had quite a large V-shape crack in it, thankfully, it wasn't excessively deep and there weren't any sub-cracks splintering off from it yet.
After our fresh, solid coat of epoxy was completed, it's not a stretch to proclaim that the results were night and day to say the least.
Aside from the crack disappearing, the old smudgy, faded white floor is now replaced with a beautiful, light gray basecoat with a smart electric blue blend.
Epoxy is a type of resin specifically created to formulate cross-polymer structures and connections that are strong and hard to break.
Epoxy is often characterized by its toughness, durability, and strong adhesion properties. Epoxy floor coatings and floor paintings are especially popular.
Zeroing in even more, epoxy paints tend to be used on concrete and steel floors to help them be resistant to foreign substances such as water, alkalis, oil, and even acids.
Epoxy paints come in a variety of mattes and colors which can all be specifically formulated to the personal needs of the floor it's about to bonded to.
We use many different varieties of paint based on the projects that we're working on at the time. Interiors, Exteriors, Epoxies, Primers, we've used it all.
Additionally, we always take into account the overall objectives of our customers and do our best to meet your needs with the very best available colors possible.
We've painted with just about every brand and color of paint that's out there. So by this point in time, we know which ones rock and which ones tend to flop.
* * We've even used the specially "Trademarked" blue color used for Best Buy in Peachtree City. If you've ever seen that store before, then you've already seen some of our superb quality painting abilities. * *
