Here at Mr. Painter we paint all types of homes and businesses. Here on our website we are trying to show you the jobs that we have done, are doing, and look forward to doing. To do this we post our past jobs from time to time. This is a job we did in August of 2014. It was a rental home repaint in Fayetteville, GA. We offer our painting services in Fayetteville, GA and surrounding cities. This particular job happened when the home was without tenants.
This property owner was referred to our company and we were quickly accepted as the painter of choice. In getting to know our customer and her needs we soon discovered that cost was a big concern for her. Because it was a rental home she needed to make sure that she got the best price to make the home look good but not too much where she wouldn’t make money on the next tenant.
We listened to her needs and offered her quality solutions that fit her budget. On top of painting the interior of the home she knew that the exterior of the home needed some T.L.C. We offered her our pressure washing services which were a lot less and would give her the touchup results she was wanting on the outside of the property.
Our customer was very pleased with the final price and results. We even helped her pick out the right colors for the interior paint. She was so pleased with the amount of money we saved her when compared to other painters in the area.
Here is another job that we recently did. This was an interior painting job in Tyrone that we did. We really enjoyed working with this customer and we were all so pleased with how the paint job turned out.
We look forward to the weather warming up so that we can post some exterior painting in Peachtree City and surrounding cities but until then we are staying busy with interior painting in Peachtree City.
