Many homeowners love having stucco on the exterior of their homes because of the many advantages that it provides. Not only does stucco make a home incredibly energy efficient, it’s also a durable, fire-retardant material and can act as a sound barrier for your home. In addition, stucco is one of the most beautiful materials you can choose. Unfortunately, as this customer can attest, stucco is also prone to cracking and staining. The good news is that Mr. Painter can help with everything from simple bathroom repainting to getting an entire house exterior repainted. Before we went to work on painting this customer’s home, we filled in the cracks in the stucco with exterior urethanized elastomeric caulk. Once the caulking was done, we were able to apply a primer to the stucco and then complete the repainting job.
After we took the time to fill in all of the cracks in the stucco and complete the stucco painting job on the entire exterior of the home, our customer was quite impressed with the work that we had done. Before Mr. Painter came to her home, this customer was disappointed in the way that her home looked on the outside because of the cracking and the staining that had occurred. Once we finished our work, the customer was highly appreciative that we were able to make her home look like new once again.
This customer was not fond of the way her home looked on the outside. While we could have come in and simply repainted the stucco so that it looked beautiful, we at Mr. Painter strive to go above and beyond for our customers. Whether it’s wood window sill replacement in Peachtree City or something simpler, we want to make sure that it’s done right. When we arrived at this customer’s home, we noticed that the stucco surface was not only stained, but it had cracks in it as well. For that reason, we wanted to go ahead and fill in all of those cracks with a quality exterior urethanized elastomeric caulk. This helped ensure that the stucco surface was nice and smooth. Only then were we able to prime the surface of the stucco before we completed the job with a few fresh coats of paint to make it so that the exterior shined bright in the sunlight.
